EDISION was founded on April 2002 in Germany. On November 2003, EDISION presents the first satellite receiver under it's own brand name along with the full range of products such as LNB's, Coaxial and A/V cables, Multiswitches, Modules, etc.
March 2004 is the date that EDISION moves to new, bigger warehouse facilities and deals solely with wholesale distribution of EDISION, EMME ESSE and Free-X-TV brand names, laying the foundation for an even more successful business presence and product representation in the European market.
In June 2008 EDISION moves to Greece, continuing solely on wholesale supply of EDISION and EMME ESSE brand name products.
On August 2010 the growing expansion of the customer base as well as that of the product range, creates the need for larger facilities. EDISION Hellas moves to an even bigger building and continues to focus on Greek and European markets.

The successful course continues as in January 2013 the cooperation with one of the major manufacturing companies for tv signal products worldwide, Televes, is established.
